On 27th of January the Municipality Council of Sofia Capital will discuss report № 2600-2379/15.12.2004 for giving its aprroval to start negotiations between Municipality of Sofia and Neterra-Ventex Ltd. The purpose of the negotiations will be the establishment of a Joint Venture, which main activity will be building and operating a high-speed telecommunication fiber optic network on the territory of Sofia.
